Monitoring

Peace Foundation has an intensive monitoring system. Peace Foundation field organizers intensively supervise the group activities and regular collection of savings and credit installments. Weekly monitoring form duly filled by the field organizer is submitted to the supervisor / branch in-charge. Monthly activities and financial reports are submitted and reviewed in the monthly branch meeting. Branch has to submit its monthly report to the head office. Quarterly, half yearly and annul reports (of both activities and financial) are prepared and submitted to the head office. Head office personnel regularly visit every branch to supervise and monitor the branch activities. Head office audit team audits the accounts in all level. Besides this all accounts are audited annually by a NGO Bureau enlisted registered auditor. Governing Body of Peace Foundation meets regularly to look after the overall activities of Peace Foundation. Head office monitoring system is computerized.
